- Q. Can I consult with you even if I haven't decided whether to request your services yet?
- A. Yes, of course. We welcome consultations even at the stage of "I don't know where to start" or "I want to know an estimated budget." The initial consultation is free, so please feel free to contact us.
- Q. How long will it take to receive a reply after inquiring?
- A. We usually reply within 1-2 business days. Depending on the content, we may suggest an interview via phone or online meeting.
- Q. Is an online consultation possible?
- A. Yes, we support online meetings such as Zoom and Google Meet. You can consult with us from anywhere in the country.
- Q. Can I see your portfolio or materials before making a request?
- A. Yes, if you contact us, we can introduce our portfolio and send reference materials. We will introduce examples as much as possible according to your situation.
About Costs & Estimates
- Q. When is the timing of payment?
- A. Generally, payment is made in two installments: 50% before starting the project and 50% upon completion of delivery. Depending on the scale of the project, installment payments can be discussed.
- Q. Will there be any additional costs?
- A. There will be no additional costs within the initially agreed scope. If specification changes or additional revisions occur during production, we may need to discuss them separately.
About Production Process & Duration
- Q. How long does the production take?
- A. Depending on the content and schedule, we may have to decline, but please consult with us first. If rush processing is possible, a separate rush fee may apply.
About Company & Scope of Support
- Q. Can I receive ongoing support after delivery?
- A. Yes, we can provide ongoing support even after delivery, such as brand guideline operation support, website maintenance/updates, and monthly consulting.
